Ironically given how conservative Archie Bunker, the actor was pretty liberal IRL.

Lots of actors are like that. Like the main bad guy in the Avatar movies that evil soldier guy, said that in real life he would fight for the Navi.

And the guy who played Freddy Krueger was actually a really nice man in real life.

I think same with the guy who plays Art the Clown in the Terrifier movies
