My favorite as a kid was The Cuckoo Clock of Doom. I'd have to refresh my memory on which tv episode was my fav
The haunted Mask.
Also I had a special place for any book that took a break from horror. Like How I got my Shrunken Head that was more of an adventure story.
I liked the monster blood books except for I think the 5th one with the blue slime slug monsters?
I swear there was an episode where some kids hung out with the aliens (???) that ate their parents???
Did these usually end up with everyone hurt or kidnapped or killed being safe in the end? Or do the stories end with people harmed? I can't remember
I forget what it's called, but another I like is the one when that kid wants to switch bodies with someone, but ends up getting switched with a fly, which gets his body as well.Wasn't it a bee and not a fly?

Okay from the description that may be it thank you! Finally answered after almost 30 years xDAttack of the Jack-O=Lanterns?
It's sad I don't remember it too well. I remember turning on the TV when it very first aired, was being babysat by a couple family friends (they were like my brothers, they don't talk to us any more, the first in my life to just abandon contact with me :/)What happened?
What happened? It was my sister's ex-boyfriend (she graduated high school right around the time I was born, to give you an idea of the age here). He and his brothers and dad had become really close to the family though and they were more like brothers to me at times than even my actual brothers.

The Cuckoo Clock of Doom ended withthe boy's younger sister having never been born. That was pretty wild
Jesus. Ans they just leave the reader with that sense of loss and doom? Its a happy ending
