Hokay so, was gonna go on a date tonight to a dance club, trying to break my comfortzone, with a lady I been talking to for a month and a half.

They offered to pick me up, I'm waiting outside my place and about 10 minutes before they arrive I get a text:

"JSYK I have no voice"
I ask "why?"
They tell me they are coming off of covid, but aren't contageous anymore.
I tell them "Why are you telling me this now? I live with a 63 year old woman (my mother)
Then they are like "ok, bail then"
And I said "I'm gonna have to, sorry"
Then they said "you made me come out for this, unforgivable"
Then they ghosted me.
Am I in the wrong here? Like I live with an older woman who could die from covid, I also regularly look after my very young nephews. I can't risk covid under any circumstances.

Not in the wrong, also think you dodged a bullet here. This is likely either a terrible person or at least someone who is in the habit of bad judgments like this. You don't need her in your life.

It does suck that you'd been talking to her for that long, but at least her being this way got revealed now instead of later on.

Even without the risk of spreading Covid , why would someone want to go on a date when they have no voice?

surely it wouldve been the best for everyone involved to just postpone until theres no risk of illness and everyone is able to speak????
