Yep, I have.

Would had been extremely poetic if Harris had won, for the first female President and also a POC to be sworn in on MLK Day.

As it is, it's a complete insult to MLK's legacy that Trump and his White nationalist, Christofascist agenda will be sworn in instead.

Normally I work on Sunday. My days off are Monday and Tuesday. I earn so much vacation I have to take at least 2 days a month off, sometimes 3 so I generally take the last couple Wednesdays off every month.

But I also ended up taking today off for football playoff games and because I have a tv delivery coming tomorrow morning to upgrade my home theatre hobby setup. I put in a new AVR yesterday and I e been dialing that in and calibrating the audio.

So I dont go back to work until Thursday afternoon. It was nice cleaning behind my entertainment center. There was some serious dust bunnies back there. Everything is all clean now, new AVR, all new cables, just waiting for the tv swap tomorrow morning.

Then tomorrow night I can enjoy the college football national championship on the new setup.

Americans could have sworn in the first black woman president on the day honoring a black man who gave his life fighting for equal rights

Instead they decided to use this day to give power to a racist who denied the first black American president was even American so you know thats an interesting way to honor kings memory too.

My boyfriend and I are going out to lunch with his family. Unfortunately, his dad and brother-in-law are Trump supporters. So, nothing special. I'm bringing a book to read.
