Ehhhhhh, not normally. Our thing is mainly chili and cheese. If you want to get fatter than that then include american style bacon. There is some seafood serving restaurants that will offer things like crabmeat (like lump blue crab) on your fries. Sometimes you will find a local joint offering poutine though.

The chicken mascot is the one angrily serving fish alongside the chicken in this case though, lol.
No lie this is probably the best fried oysters I had from a local restaurant. Usually they be little small things in most places, but these were just about as big as the ones you cook yourself.
*You can't see it in the picture because its under one of those ketchup packs but they give you a nice sized lemon slice to squeeze over your oysters and scallops. Its a nice touch since most places don't give you a lemon for your calamari and whatnot.*
