I really dont remember the teenage dirtbag movie, but Ive seen the music video a few dozen times. Frankly, dude deserves what he gets for wearing that hat to school. And to boot, he sits under a sign that says loser. Literally no self awareness whatsoever.
As for the topic, I nominate Bubble Boy, and What About Bob.

Yeah definitely the TMNT movies.

Like someone said above, Ace Ventura is a contender, too.

I'd throw Jumanji in there, as well as Small Soldiers.

For animated movies I'd say Toy Story.

And Space Jam, but that one's also been mentioned already.
