The guy who says he wants to be a dictator speaking at a convention of people that hate big government?Because the "leaders" of the libertarian movement are in the pocket of Republicans and Trump's stupid desperate ass finally realized he can't win election with just his base of maga wearing freaks, honestly, the media is doing such a piss poor job of acting like Trump stands a chance, by all reason and logic the dude is fucked. All year and last year Democrats have been winning in places they had no business winning because they ran on roe being overturned and Trump AND the supreme court chomping at the bits to steal away more rights with the Republicans just openly saying exactly that and showing their sheer contempt for the Democratic process not only at the behest of Trump but at their own personal desires to inflect as much pain, suffering and cruelty on the American citizens as possible complete with a police and military that are beholden to no standards, no laws and no fear of even the slightest rebuff at just shooting people because they felt like it that day. Trump's only hope of winning the election is if Republicans in lock step refuse to accept the results even in the event of a Biden blow out and refuse to certify the results and the supreme court steps in and hands Trump the victory despite it being obvious to everybody that Biden won. If that happens democracy dies and the country will be forever fractured and chaotic as as cynical as I am I do not believe in the slightest that a very public and very malicious takeover of the country would not be just accepted by the majority of the public.
