Witcher 3 is up there.
It is impossible to live in the past, difficult to live in the present, and a waste to live in the future.

You haven't set a signature for the message boards yet
If you like fantasy or sandbox games, you're missing out

if you don't like fantasy or sandbox games, Skyrim has nothing for you.

I replayed it recently. It has NOT aged well. I had a much better time with Oblivion.

I remember I rented it from redbox at the time on my 360 and skipped school for like 3 days that week I think I logged something ridiculous like 150+ hours in 7 days

Skyrim is really good

I have zero faith that modern Bethesda will be able to do Elder Scrolls 6 justice and that makes me depressed >_>

I had fun with Starfield but not enough to actually finish my first playthrough of it. The game looks pretty fucking good though. Got some uncanny valley shit going on.

I started playing Morrowind again yesterday and honestly it's still my favorite of the Bethesda RPGs.

While story wise it felt good I hated that it wasn't more about actually stealing stuff

The missions themselves in oblivion was better and the finale felt epic to pull off flawlessly. Also better reward I miss the cowl

sadly beth decided they hate money so they take 8 million years to make games

Yeah the annoying jester is the only real note worthy part of skyrims. Well over all had more memorable members. I only really remember the orc and the vampire from oblivious. Well and Lucius of course.

For anyone who doesn't know use the summon ghost or whatever you get as a quest reward and said ghost will comment on whatever dark brotherhood quest you are doing.

Like he apparently loves the idea of killing the gourmet cause it's robbing the world of one of its greatest pleasures or something like that.

BTWthe ghost is lucius

It is although I wish we had more options

Fighters, Mages and Dark Brotherhood all have 2 factions and imply we can swap sides but then we never can

missed opportunity

Also missed opportunity In skyrim. You can report the Brotherhood and just get recruited in helping kill them. 1 mission. Shoulda been a who questline. Like you come in and manage to kill a couple but they manage to repel you and flee and now you have to hint each one down individually.

I'd personally make it so one is hunting you and that's the only way you find them is for them to make an attempt on your life. I'd make it start off with a low rng chance or them appearing and have it steadily increase as time passes. Increased chance if you sleep if that happens you wake up at half health

I was so hyped for Skyrim. I was moderately hyped for Fallout 4. I had absolutely zero hype for Fallout 76 and next to no hype for Starfield. I wonder what's changed.
Face it Cloud is a gaming icon and has appered in lots of games while mario has only appeared in 2 games sunshine and 64 ~xSlashbomBx
Too bad bethesda dumbed it down from previous elder scrolls to appeal to a wider audience.
My favourite game of all time, along with the Mass Effect trilogy.

Finished it a couple of times, put over 1000 hours in it, read every in-game book that I found, et cetera.

I especially love the musics. It's Jeremy Soule's magnum opus.
Like: great videogames, peaceful discussions, open-minded people
Dislike: console wars, trolls, haters, review-bombing, negativity
I absolutely loved Skyrim. I thought it was fantastic. Did everything possible to 100%. Every quest, covered every single location, everything. I think it was an absolute classic.

Even though they are different games the only other rpgs I have enjoyed this much to this degree were Witcher 3 and Dragon Age: Origins.

Where I can do every single quest and every single location and absolutely consume everything I come across. Can't speak highly enough about it.
