I mean he got booted off the easiest job in the world (literally just had to show up on set and be himself) because he was too difficult and unreliable to work with. I can't imagine anyone wants to work with him after that.
RDJ (eventually) had a redemption arc. Even Paul Rubens was getting his feet back under him, little by little.
