That does not look like a salsa. It looks like pickle brine.

I've had it. It's pretty good.

Does it lean more pickle or pico? Or a good blend of both?

Decent blend of both. I'm gonna have to get another tub of it now.

Think I'll put it on a burger with some Pepper Jack.

It's just peppers, onions, and pickles

I'm a pickle enjoyer but I'll admit I shy away from pico de gallo. But this interests me

I havent had this but Grillos makes the absolute best pickle spears on the market by far. They are sooooooo much better than anything else. The brine is excellent. I can devour a container of them in no time.

you mean like relish?
I could see you, but I couldn't hear you You were holding your hat in the breeze Turning away from me In this moment you were stolen...
I would definitely try this on a grilled hot dog/brat.

I'm surrounded
Also to add on I make a slightly sweet zucchini relish every year and its so popular to everyone that has ever had it I have to make more and more every year. I have had people eat it like salsa right out of the jar with chips. Its similar to a pickle relish but made with zucchini and has a couple other things thrown in.

It is actually very similar to this with bell peppers and onions in it, obviously vinegar but I have a few more spices in mine outside just garlic. They use cucumbers of course while Im using zucchini. They have a clever name with this but its really a relish more than a pico de gallo salsa.

Last time I made it I had to make 16 cases. 192 jars worth. I make it every late summer. Ive posted a picture of it in a couple different topics. It made for a busy canning season.

It goes great on basically any meat but especially burgers, hot dogs/brats. Its also excellent with tuna fish. That is one of my biggest uses. Ill also mix it with Mayo to go on other fish almost like a tartar sauce without the capers. Its very versatile. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/a/forum/8/809dd8c1.jpg
