Regardless of how catastrophic you feel certain results will be, will the person who gets the most Electoral College votes have legally won the election?

Yes, assuming that the results were actually adhered to and that there wasn't a successful undermining of the results, as in another January 6th, or if a state or two threw out popular vote results and the state legislatures voted for a different result, or the like.
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.

Trump is ineligible both morally and legally even if our courts and congress were too chickenshit to do what they were obligated to do. The GOP is also trying to supress, ignore and block tens millions of votes

If Trump wins it is not legitimate.

And that is before factoring in he can only win via electoral college bullshit...

How can you know an election had no interference before it happens? Im not saying its likely it would happen, Im just saying theres no way to know until the election happens and they tell us if it was legit or not.

Under most circumstances, probably yes.

If it ends up being contingent upon a 5-4 Supreme Court opinion authored by Clarence Thomas, probably not.

If it's a normal (even 2020) election, sure.

If we have any legal rulings that discredit (tens or hundreds of) thousands of votes? No.

Even a 2020 election would be a bad look for Trump if he wins.

I mean i didn't enter the running, or campaign at all, and no one knows who I am, but that doesnt matter I should still win!

That's a different question from if I'll accept it. The Electoral College is by technical definition legal because its is a country's law, but it is a dangerous human rights violation and people shouldn't have accepted it in 2016 and absolutely shouldn't if it appoints that dangerous lunatic again when he should unquestionably be in jail.

Im not gonna lie the posts in here are kind of a bad look. MAGAs whole thing is claiming elections are fake because reasons despite no evidence of such reasons

If Trump wins and there arent ballot workers being shot or otherwise prevented from doing their job, I will accept the results even if I hate it.

Most likely yes. Sadly I can't say 100% since there is lots of idiot state legislatures that might try over rulling the votes in their state.

Hopefully those efforts will fail as they did in 2020

So it's a "bad look" to say a result wouldn't be legitimate for a reason that in the hypothetical no one is denying (Biden winning the popular vote but losing the Electoral College) because Trump lied about winning the 2020 election when there's mountains of evidence that he didn't? You realize you're pushing "same thing both sides" style false equivalence with this, right?
