Also, fun fact: when I was dorming in college, we lived on the top floor of a dorm that only had stairs, and we had a handicap bathroom. I don't think people in wheelchairs are gonna be living up there lol. Everyone on the floor joked about it

It probably helps that typical parking lots have hundreds of spots, whereas a typical public bathroom, especially male ones that also just "waste space" with urinals, have only 2-3 total stalls.Mens room do have less stalls but urinals are actually way more space efficient. Lots of malls/department stores actually have bigger bathrooms for women to fit more stalls.
