The money is untaxed Murica bucks. The ability covers all breeds of dogs as well as dog-like animals (eg. wolves, dingoes), but does not extend to them actually understanding what you say nor vice versa.

I thought to read the post to see if there was a catch, as years ago I had created a joke superhero for a joke superhero team who became a superhero because of that exact ability (well, it was all animals, not just dogs, but the catch was the same).

So I can talk to them like I do now but they don't understand me nor can I understand them? So it is basically no ability. $5,000 is pretty much nothing but it is more than this "ability"
