Europeans laughing at Americans but having to pay $$$ to go pee/poop.

I didnt know this was a thing in so many other countrys. Went to Columbia for vacation and found out the hard way when I took a stroll through Bogota outside the tourist zones.

If I didnt have spare cash on hand that would have been inconvenient to say the least.
