Like others have said, the first movie is fine. Not really a RE game but whatever. They get dumber and dumber though. I stopped watching after the third one, I just couldn't get past how astronomically stupid it was that Umbrella kept giving additional superpowers to a woman who hates them.
I will say that the best thing from the movie series is the company slogan they use for Umbrella: "Our company is life itself." It's just perfectly fitting.
