It's weird to shift the blame to social media here. Have they tried simply not raping kids? It's not that difficult. Most people succeed at it every day of their life
I dont think they are blaming social media per se, just that its an added factor compared to generations past.
I just think about when I was in HS and there was no internet, let alone social media. Interacting with teachers ended when the school day ended. It was basically impossible to get a hold of a teacher outside of the classroom.
