They did some comic book epilogue storyline. But I have never read it. I think it involves looking for Zuko and Azula's mom
They actually did several comics. Zukos mom is the second one. First one deals with conflict between Aang and Zuko over how to handle Fire colonies in the Earth Kingdom.
The comics are pretty good too, you should check them out.
