I don't have one. I remember as a kid in school having to print things regularly, but now so many things are just digital that I wonder if there's as much demand/use for personal printers any more. If I really need to print something I just go to the library and use a computer there
THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!! THERES SO MUCH PEOPLE READING AND POSTING STUIPED STUFF

Nope. I work as a printer though and can print anything I want to.

I don't work in the digital department, but I do have access to printers that cost more than some people's cars.

Yes. It's out of ink and has been for years, but it exists .

Thank god no.

If I need to print something I use the work printer or go to the library if it's my day off.

I think so. Assuming mom didn't get rid of it when she cleaned out the garage awhile back. It hasn't been hooked up or used in a couple of years.

I guess I should have specified that I meant a working printer

cool to see there's a decent split though, it's not just totally overwhelming to one option or the other

Yes actually, I recently got ink so I can print out a drawing someone did for me on Twitter of a cute robot serving me a cute hamburger.

Yes. I used it at the beginning of the year when I printed out this 100+ page guide for Digimon Cyber Sleuth that shows the evolution path of every Digimon.

I might also print out a tea guide for Three Houses since I began replaying it.

I've had a Brother laser printer for years. Need it to print labels for online orders.

Yes, and i wish I didn't.

Everyone else i know either doesn't or never buys ink. So whenever they want anything from a label printed for a parcel return ('would you mind taking it to the post office afterwards?') to 30 full colour glossy prints for an art class, guess who gets a WhatsApp.

Yes, two: Solid networked HP B&W duplex laser printer. Meh networked HP color laser printer/scanner that I got for free (nice color prints, but the scanner is weak).

Yes, one of those ink tank ones. I like doing papercraft so I use it semi-regularly.

You do you. You just made it sound like a annoyance. The charging from my idea wasn't so much to make money as to discourage people from asking

I have had one for well over a decade at this point. I think I got it back when I more regularly played tabletop RPGs, for printing out character sheets and such. These days I use it maybe once a year.

Yeah, but it's been forever since I've used it. Mostly hooked it up to scan box art submissions.

Yes, the odd times I've needed it were useful. I hated traveling to print at local places for a few pages at a time. It became a nuance to do.

The yes vote is pulling way ahead suddenly

I can't deny there are some times when it would have been useful to have one, but for me at least I don't think those times are frequent enough to actually justify it.
