People happy 261 is gone are usually (but not always) the type of person who couldn't cut it in 261.
A high karma minimum would have solved the biggest problem, as well as the admin at the time being willing to perma frequently suspended users.
Set the politics board to 365 karma, I promise you the low efforts would never be seen again. Your weak troll isn't investing a year just to get banned 5 minutes in.
