At this point it's so pathetic, it's not even funny anymore. If it was a rich guy I'd be happier, but it's probably some dumb working class schmuck who ruined his retirement and probably gave his family lots of stress.
This is why cults are bad. They lead regular people who just want some sense of community into self-destructive behaviors. It's doubtful this man would have had the retirement savings he did if he had been making dumb financial choices his whole life. But at some point he was convinced that showing his loyalty to Trump was more important than securing his own financial future.
