Your disingenuous spin in saying that is attempting to blame Biden for it in a roundabout way. As there's absolutely no point in bringing up "its happening under his watch" as if he did it, supported it, or had the power to stop it.
Yet when biden does have the power, like with stopping support for israel's campaign of genocide, he doesn't use that power. In fact he does the opposite and supplies them!
