Well there is a drastic increase in innocent deaths recently over there so I think it's fair to put more pressure now on the current administration than ever before. But the people suggesting to abstain for voting are definitely doing it because they want Trump to win and not because they think Trump will lower the death toll (since he demonstrably will increase it)
