I've said it before - people shit on the story of FFV for being "low stakes," "not serious" etc. but
unlike the multiple bullshit fakeout deaths in FFIV, people in FFV get dead and stay dead.
One of my favorite scenes is when Bartz
takes the airship and starts flying across the world over and over after the Void consumes several towns, including his hometown.
