No new interesting IPOs since ARM.

Investing is back to being boring business shit.

I spent $10,000 on Friday for IIPR and it's up $2 today.

Yes but like a lot of those places are snooty as fuck. It's hard to find more laid back places. WSB is full of literallys and theta gang doesn't care about securities they do options only.
