Best way I can describe it from memory is a flash website with chat rooms, hosted by the editors of Nintendo Power, and sponsored by Nintendo of America.
It had a bunch of flash mini games, silly do it yourself activities like writing short stories or making pictures in paint based around Nintendo stuff.
It was your typical late 90s - Early 2000s kids flash website stuff, but it was pretty cool all things considered.
