so tired of these giant companies buying out already giant companies manThat's how capitalism has to work the way it's practiced in the US. It's not that companies don't make a profit, it's that they can't grow past a certain point, and shareholders want growth year over year, not just profit. So the only way to get that growth is buying out other companies.
