I normally cook with intent of leftovers being used over 2 days tops. But Im cooking for me and the wife, so thats about roughly what you cooked.

Part laziness, part food is relatively cheap here, and a big part is I stay with my parents so my mom cooks dinner.

My parents are on a trip now so I'm on my own for 2 weeks, so I figured might as well.

You eat quite well then. I live with my parents as well, but I dislike my mom's cooking. Therefore, I'm the primary cook in the house.
