it, i said it exacerbates it. to me, a fear of spiders

rational, to a degree. i mean, no one wants to get bitten, stung, etc, and injected with venom. that's an evolutionary thing. i think people just tend to blow it out of proportion. kill it with fire, burn the house down, etc. and then when it reaches the point where people can't even bear to witness the digital facsimile of a spider on their screen, it's just a little ridiculous to me. like people would rather flip shit and play into some kind of spider fear meme (the actual scientific definition) instead of just educate themselves about spiders
