No stomach pain or rectal pain. Could it be internal hemorroids?

It may just be fissures or whatever the term is. If it continues over the course of several bowel movements without improving then you should go to a doctor.

little bit of bright red is probably just fissures or hemorrhoids. More fibre and water will help

Anything more or darker/black, go to a doctor
Is the blood dark or bright.

Dark blood could be something deeper in your intestines.

Start drinking more water and electrolytes (watermelon is great). If you're not better in a few days go see a doctor.

bright red usually indicates hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or even a gluten intolerance. Tearing can also occur due to severe constipation if the stool passes and its a giant, hard log. Sounds funny but its not.

Its always better to err on the side of caution and have a professional look into it.

That implies that the bleed isn't very deep in your intestinal tract.

Deeper bleeds have darker blood, because it's had time to break down, get digested, what have you.

I would recommend getting looked at regardless, partially because the blood you see on the stool itself isn't necessarily the only blood but mostly because I can speak only from my own experience and I'm barely an idiot.

If you wipe and see blood on the tissue paper then it could be hemorrhoids. If your actual stool is red then it could be multiple things like what you ate like hot cheetos or red Gatorade. It could also be something more serious, so I'd see a doctor.

Yes. Schedule a visit to the doctor. You never know what it could be. Ulcer, fissure,.hernia could be some other kind of internal bleeding.. Or something else.

Yeah, but the red is very different, and has a sort of weird orange-y tint to it. (Velvet cake will also do this, BTW) However, what you are describing typically only applies to diarrhea.
I was shitting copious amounts of blood, both dark and light red. Ended up being ulcerative colitis. Get it checked out, TC.
Odds are, it's hemmheroids or an anal fissue if you're a younger person

whether you want to play with those odds or not is up to you. doctors will most likely tell you the same thing unless you push them to really get examined if you're younger or have a history in your family of colorectal cancer

Or just very dark stools/diarrhoeah, since they can also indicate a serious GI bleed
