On one hand, that's 5-10-20 years worth of money (based on most people's incomes). It could be psychologically draining

1) You cannot have visitors, only the people that naturally arrive
2) You have a good amount of groceries, but not a full kitchen
3) Bathroom items are provided
4) You cannot go outside
5) Medical / dentist is provided on location
6) You have TV, computer, video games, books

you will also get a warning 30 minutes prior to the visitors arriving so you can defend yourself
Do the cedar trees still standing

I really needed to look at the bigger picture to process what I was seeing >_>

I thought it was a little tile patio with like a checkerboard gazebo around it.

Somewhere to stand around for awhile before a flight, but just normal ass hotel rooms in an interior space?

Fuck it, I might even be able to swing 5 days WFH instead of 2 if I was offered that, just on shear novelty.

Honestly, that's not too different from my life now. Hell it's an improvement in some ways.
I've lived alone for 15 years, single for the vast majority of it (no visitors). The only time I go out these days is for groceries, so that would actually save me some gas money. And easy access to doctors is something I'm severely lacking right now.

So I don't have to work, don't have to deal with people, have free food and health kare, and still have internet and vidya? Where the hell do I sighn up. Going outside will be missed, buut for just a year, that's an easy sacrifice.

When I was single I would have jumped at that offer. But I wouldn't want to be away from girlfriend for a year. Not even for that much money. I'm not struggling and my time with her is far more valuable to me.

It's not a war crime the first time.

This. I have a girlfriend and a kid. I can't hole myself up in some hotel for a whole year with zero contact.

Being a prisoner is a pretty significant one.
It would be a sacrifice certainly, but for that kind of money definitely. Ot wpuld also let me really dig into my video game backlog.. it is enormous. One year won't be enough time even.

Nite that looking into it, those hotels have public spaces like restaurants and breakfast buffets for guests.I assume usage of those is allowed?
