On one hand, that's 5-10-20 years worth of money (based on most people's incomes). It could be psychologically draining
1) You cannot have visitors, only the people that naturally arrive
2) You have a good amount of groceries, but not a full kitchen
3) Bathroom items are provided
4) You cannot go outside
5) Medical / dentist is provided on location

When I was single I would have jumped at that offer. But I wouldn't want to be away from girlfriend for a year. Not even for that much money. I'm not struggling and my time with her is far more valuable to me.
If youd asked me a couple of years ago, Id have said yes. Now? No, I wouldnt.This. I have a girlfriend and a kid. I can't hole myself up in some hotel for a whole year with zero contact.
whats the downside?
A million dollars and a year of vacation, hell yes I would do it.
