Like if there's anyone out there with the authority to manage membership on this board please delete mine. I don't want to post here anymore and I would gladly take administrative removal if that's an option.

It would be a great help to making this site more bearable and I'm sure this place would be glad to be rid of me.

I'll submit a feedback ticket if that's what's required to ask to be removed from CE.
What is the equivalent of taking a shower in an online community?

My friend, there's a form you can fill out to request account closure. Even an option to completely nuke the account (scrub all your posts from the site).

All I'm asking for is to have my access from CE be revoked. It's not that hard to understand. Whoever has the power to do it just take me off the roster. I hate this board.

I took it out of my favorites years ago but I keep coming back here just because of the activity. So screw this place, if this is a private board then exclude me.

I get what you want, for some people it's hard to have self control so if you still have access to CE you're going to be compelled to still post here. Since it's now a private board you should be given the option to be kicked out if you want. I doubt it but maybe ask one of the admins if they can grant you that... can mods kick people here though?

This, once it is off your lists just visit other boards until it is off the first page list of 4. Also erase your active posts on here or wait a few days for them to disappear.

After that you would have to go out of your way to get back on this board.

It's a little more than just a compulsion since CE topics I've posted in the past have drifted to the top of my Active Messages list periodically even when I tried to stop coming here. So I look at the replies, go back to the topic list, and I'm back into it. It's not even an intent, it's just the normal flow of how I use these boards. But it just happens that every time I come back here I'm often frustrated by the community.
