Dunno, however I saw a poster seemingly do the inverse and that was one of the most refreshing things I'd ever witnessed. It had to do with TX and its energy grid, and after many people thoroughly explained how it was Republicans and ERCOT who kept the situation so shitty they seemed to have a legitimate change of heart.
