Its not difficult. She can get chicken curry and be fine. Naan is easy. The chicken is good. People hear Indian food and think of those cartoons with fire coming out of peoples mouth.Shes just never had it. My parents dont have what you would call a cultured appetite.

Oh man, Himalayan is so good. There are so many differences versus normal Indian that...Ive had their tikka masala many times, with different proteins. But their buttered chicken is off the charts. Their Aalu Gobi and Matar Paneer are also incredible.
