Yeah, that dude was long dead, I'm not sure that compressions would have done anything.

I also saw another one where there was a baby stuck in a pipe because it was flushed down the toilet. Despite it being stuck there long enough for someone to hear it cry, call an ambulance, the EMT to arrive, for them to tear down the wall, get the pipe out, get the baby out of the pipe, and then do CPR, the baby was fine.

I watched a bit of that show with my folks. There was one ep where a older guy and a woman were getting freaky in a hot tub. The guy has some sort of cardiac event while she's on top of him. She calls 911 for the guy, but she can't move. She's literally stuck on his dick and one of the paramedics has to sweet talk her into relaxing her vag enough to unstick her.
