No, really, laws before a state was even a state should be null and void outright. Abortion was literally psuedo-medicine when this law was may that had a high chance of killing or injuring the woman.
The Chief Justice and the Vice Chief Justice dissented, interestingly enough. Or not, when you recall AZ recently expanded and packed their SC with Right-wing stooges.
The Right is the enemy of the people and needs to be treated as such. The silver lining here is this basically makes AZ a hold to stay Blue.
