From an administration standpoint, definitely give benefit of the doubt to your moderators. You've got to be able to trust your people to do the job you gave them.
When 261 was closed I bought into some of the conspiracy theories, but I'm glad I was wrong. DToast was just carrying out a letter of the law ruling while ultimately not caring if politics discussion died or moved elsewhere.
