the FFXIV event says it coming but when no one knows
probably end of the year so Rebirth probably not till 2025

As someone who's played both on PS5 I do not care at all about rebirth coming to PC, it's like 80% filler and I will never replay that shit

the final dlc comes out for ps5 later this month. It probably comes out in june as that will be 1 year after the ps5 release

Is something wrong with 16's framerate? I didn't notice anything on PS5, though the motion blur was pretty awful at first.

It's either 30 FPS or a weird unstable 45ish FPS both of which are unplayable for an action game

yeah the pc release is supposed to be a stable 100 fps with decent hardware

It did not run fine on performance mode wtf

Pretty much anytime it went to cutscenes/ QTE it was 30, and during combat it was all over the place unless you had like a few small enemies

Actually it ran fine during combat because they tank the resolution to keep it running close to 60fps. The issue is the Overworld where the framerate is constantly bobbing up and down between the low 40s and the upper 50s because the resolution doesn't drop.

FFXVI performance mode ran at an unlocked framerate outside of combat. I set the game to graphics because I couldn't enjoy it with the constant judder.

I played it today and it's the same. I'm playing with no VRR and it's not near 60fps outside of combat.
