Things I like:
- science and technology "how stuff works"
- unusual true stories
- content that is around 8 minutes to 30 minutes long
- geek deep dives (occasionally), e.g. "what would happen if sauron got the ring"

Things I don't like
- self styled intellectuals who's content is about ego
- true crime (used to like this but was affecting me in a bad way)
- poorly researched documentaries
- political noise
- zoomer style editing
- 4+ hour long content

Channels i like:
- veritasium
- joe Scott
- premodernist
- kurgesakt (sp?)
- Tom Scott

The Why Files.
He covers a lot of paranormal and conspiracy stories but with an honest approach and actually researches to find the facts behind the fiction. His videos are very entertaining as well.
I love how he tells the stories at the beginning with no judgement or bias and tells them as if they were all true and then he goes into what he found regarding what was true or not.

I know these two that might fit that parameter:

Jared Owen

Animagraffs

Sigs are rather pointless, except if it's to showcase animation and images.

You should check out Wendigoon if you haven't already. Pretty much the same deal along with an occasional popular creepypasta
