I would say there's nothing
inherently
wrong, but of course the potential for something bad going on is there.
The legal limits are just kind of an arbitrary thing we slap on because we need
some
kind of protection system going on; we acknowledge a lot of people under the age of 18 are fucking stupid because they're still underdeveloped, and cannot protect themselves. That doesn't mean everyone age 17 is unprepared, and that everyone age 19
is
prepared.
