I get severe Andrew Huberman grifter vibes from this guys content, but as a layperson his advice seems pretty grounded and reasonable.

Instagram/youtube/tiktok influencer who seems to pop up everywhere. I believe he is/was a GP. He's good looking and charming and for the most part his content seems to be about dismissing myths in medicine.

My brother and his wife are both doctors and think Dr. Mike is fine. They mostly like that he encourages people to actually go to their doctors and doesn't shill nonsense.

Dr. Mike is legit from everything I've watched & seen, never heard he bad thing about him. Plus he has cute dogs

I can see him being annoying/rubbing people the wrong way but he is a real doctor and generally seems knowledgeable. He advocates for good things.
How quaint.
