1 pound tri color rotini
1 red onion
1 cucumber
1 large red pepper
half pound chopped baby carrots(you can use shredded carrots but my store usually doesn't have them and I don't really like the texture)
4oz pepperoni(I usually buy pizza slices and chop them into 1/4s but if your deli has pepperoni sticks one of those is better)
1 head of celery
4oz Cabot pepperjack cheese
half a bottle Ken's House Italian dressing
half a bottle Ken's Italian with Aged Romano dressing
It would probably be better with 2 pounds of pasta but that's way too much for me, and if I cut the vegetables in half they'd just go bad. so this recipe is very crunchy and probably more like "salad that happens to have pasta in it" than pasta salad >_>
