I never put cheese in my pasta salad until I started selling my food. Then I put it in because the customers wanted it. But for myself, I never do. Some people even requested chunks of Cheddar. I'll put whatever you want in there. You're eating it, not me.

yeah for me that's just macaroni salad. usually has mayo and cooked peppers and maybe olives and seasonings

my pasta salad uses italian dressing. I do half regular Ken's house Italian and half Ken's Italian with Romano cheese. so it's pretty spicy, but when I used regular cheddar cheese and italian dressing I didn't like it as much

I was wrong

it's 8 ounces of cheese. 4 would not be enough

salami and feta could probably be changed out or added and only make the recipe better or the same, so I'm all for that
