I can induce a melty state in myself arbitrarily by thinking about someone being smug.

Just the notion of dwelling on someone standing there, cocky grin on their face while I'm getting more and more frustrated that they are unfazed by anything I could possibly say or do in the face of their overwhelming arrogance...GOD I DID IT ALREADY.
