My car has perforated leather seats.
Cold weather isn't a problem because I'm likely already wearing winter clothing and my car has heated seats. It does get hot in the summer but because it's leather, it lets out this aromatic scent in warm weather that almost makes me forget about the heat.
When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.
