The old topic isnt dead yet
Geez, 13 already. It's gonna keep climbing higher. These topics will continue the rest of Trump's life most likely. Or at least as long as Gamefaqs stays up

Ronna already out at NBC.
Oligarchs controlling the media is never a good thing for American democracy.
I give it 3 days
That is absurdly optimistic. He won't even make it to bedtime.

Wow, it seems like public blowback really did freak them out. Good, how fucking dare they do this almost immediately after she got fired from the RNC to help rehabilitate her image. It was insulting that they didn't even wait years for people to forget/move on. McDaniel was instrumental in the fake elector scheme and even with Kristen Welker was still casting doubt on the electoral process while trying to say "she's finally allowed to speak freely".
She is criminal trash and how dare NBC think hiring her in any context is ok.

It wasn't just the public. It was their own on air staff too. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be fired.

From what I've heard just the 300k, they paid Megyn Kelly millions when they fired her because she was part of a contract and that was the remaining she was supposed to make for a specified amount of time.Oh just $300k? The full amount it was announced they would pay her to be a contributor?
McDaniel was brought on as a paid contributor, not as an actual anchor.
One of my radio progressive pundits is a paid contributor for MSNBC/CNN, so she definitely wasn't being hired in the same capacity as Kelly was.

Remember, Ronna was central to the fake electors plot. She assured people breaking the law that she would get them lawyers.
She tried to overthrow the government and install Trump as a dictator.
Their staff did that because of pushback. Scarborough, I believe, talked about how he was inundated with calls from viewers as were his coworkers. The MS pundits/hosts were only so vocally against it because the public was so vocally against it with them.Kinda crazy you can say blatantly racist shit on air and that's not worthy of firing for cause.
If their viewers, IE their source of money and "stock go up/down" behaved as they normally do, sighed with exasperation to themselves, we wouldn't see this pushback.
NBC hiring of Megyn Kelly is an example of this. She ruined her own career there because she is a trash human being who turns everything she touches into shit, so after like 3 episodes they paid her millions per her remaining contract time to gtfo. Their audience largely just grumbled to themselves over the hiring, the pushback with McDaniel is unique because she is such a unique sack of shit insurrectionist.

So hearing Mark Joseph Stern explain this situation, the 175m bond does not free Trump from the 400m judgment. That bond only prevents the city from seizing his properties. He still has to pay the full amount at some point, though I guess we won't know that until he either pays the bond or the 10 days are up.
