Nurses are the absolute backbone of hospitals. They're what make or break basically everything aside from diagnostics, prescribing, imaging, and surgery. Hospitals that go down this path will crash and burn hardcore.

And yeah, people hate talking to bots. Once callers realize they're talking to a machine, they'll rage.
Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less.
