Kudos for using cast iron, even if it looks a bit thinner than most I see, especially where the handle comes down. Still, bravo.It's the first cast iron I bought when I started cooking. Plain old Lodge. I've got it seasoned really well. I have others but it's still my favorite for sentimental reasons.
