It's already instant, and with no background check if you're a criminal or have criminal intent, it's called stealing or buying it illegally.

Many ranges are bring your own ammo. The ones that do sell ammo tend to have it way overpriced. I got 5 boxes of 50 rounds each for a little over $100. At RTSP each box would be $29.99, and it would cost me over $150. Sure it's cheaper online but I was already there, so might as well.
