If it's been used in promotional material, and I think it has, it's fair game. If it's a notify or NKL, don't even take it personally (even if it's a mistake), that's us saying, "Technically this is against the rules. Just be more careful in the future."
We just don't want people spoiling, say, OG FF7. Some little 13 year old Zoomer comes to GameFAQs to look something up and gets the plot spoiled. Believe it or not, outside CE people use GameFAQs to discuss games and new people play those games.
