I had Half a turkey sandwich

I think that's all I'm gonna eat. I'm in bed now

My appetite is quite low lately

Tho for lunch I did have some stuff from panda express and I managed to finish it. So im not lacking energy rn.

The best fucking hospital meal I've ever had!

Real salmon complete with bones (ouch) and buttery sauce with rice

Vegetable soup in small cup

Butternut squash with sweet and sour pork (nice big chunks)

Strawberry ice cream in tiny cup and small chocolate milk

It was heaven.

Kept it light tonight as I still was feeling quite content from my first meal of the day around noon. So I just had some corned beef hash.

Barely ate today, so I just made some eggs and hashbrowns. For some reason, I also made O'Brien hashbrowns at the same time, so I just rolled with it. No gravy this time; no heapin' helpin' of pepper. Might try to ease into a kidney-friendly diet, lol.

I have ate at least one chicken patty sandwich 5 to 6 days a week for 4 years.

It's not my favorite food but I just never get burnt out on it so it's always my safe option of something to pack to take to work

I will eat other things but I tend to eat more than once at work.

As much as dealing with them annoys me my brother and his wife moved in and when she decides to cool she will pack me something to take to work and that has been a godsend.
I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process
