Ok, never knew that. I understand why you wouldnt like Hati, or Hatians. But, if the whole country descends into chaos and anarchy, and millions of people start rushing the border, how will yall stop it?
I personally have no issue with them, I had Haitian classmates both in high school and university so my parents anti-Haitian sentiment didn't shape the way I view life, but I can't say the same for other Dominicans.
I agree with you that it would be for the best interest of both nations if we help them, and we have helped in the past during hard times (like the 2010 Haitian earthquake), right now things are very tense though. I don't know how things will turn out.
